2022 Coaches Update – Showjumping

SEREMBAN, 7 February – Introductory and Level One coaches who are registered with the Malaysian Equine Council attended a coaches update program conducted by Peter Abisheganaden yesterday.

The update focuses on showjumping elements incorporating grids, related lines, and riding correct distances with an emphasis on correct rider position. Peter Abisheganaden is an EA/MEM Level 1 qualified riding instructor who prefers to coach polo and competitive showjumping riders at KL Academy of Polo.

Peter maintains ties with the showjumping world also as an FEI International Course Designer (Level 3). Also present during the update were Johari Lee, Ong Wan Ming, and Husref Malek Jeremiah. All three together with Peter are members of MEM Coaches Panel for 2022.
